About the Job
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can bridge business requirements, product goals, and engineering execution.You will work closely with clients, developers, QA, designers, and technical leads to drive software projects from planning through delivery. We value candidates who have strong project management experience, solid technical understanding, and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and domains.Experience managing Crypto, Web3, Fintech, AI, or other technically complex software projects is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Developing a project plan, monitoring progress, and tracking the traffic and workload
- Delivering projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Managing stakeholders’ expectations, as well as prioritizing and negotiating timelines and deliverables to meet key business objectives
- Connect team members, build team spirit
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Delivery, Business Analyst, Technical Leadership, or similar roles.
- Solid knowledge of software requirements, development process, project management, risk management.
- Experience working directly with international clients or distributed teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Requirement
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly preferred:
- Crypto / Web3 / Blockchain projects
- AI / LLM / AI Agent-based products
