This Policy explains how UCTalent Labs Company Limited ("UCTalent", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on uctalent.io, business.uctalent.io and our apps, and how you can manage your choices. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small data files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and SDKs in mobile apps. In this Policy we call them all "cookies".
First-party cookies are set by UCTalent.
Third-party cookies are set by service providers, for example Google when you sign in with Google.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.

Advertising cookies are set only with your consent. We do not sell personal data to advertising partners; we do not send them CVs, profile content or candidate data; and we do not use the platforms' enhanced customer matching (uploading hashed emails or phone numbers). You can reject Advertising cookies and still use all of the Services.

Cookie banner: on your first visit you can choose "Accept all", "Reject" or "Customise" by category. Non-essential cookies are set only after you consent.
Changing your choice: click "Cookie settings" in the footer at any time. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and does not affect processing carried out before it.
How long your choice lasts: your choice is stored for 6 months, after which we will ask again. We will also ask again when we add a new cookie category.
Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.
Mobile apps: you can turn off analytics collection in the app's Settings or in your device privacy settings.
Career pages that a company hosts on its own domain (Business plan) may use cookies under that company's own policy. The company is responsible for showing a cookie banner and privacy notice on its page.
Data collected through cookies, such as IP address, device and browser information and pages viewed, is processed under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell this data. When you accept Advertising cookies, our advertising partners (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) receive data about your visits and device through cookies, process it under their own policies, and may process it outside Vietnam.
We may update this Policy when the cookies or tools we use change. The effective date at the top shows the latest update. For material changes, the cookie banner will ask for your choice again.
