About the Job
UCTalent is seeking a "Hustler" Junior Growth Marketing Executive who can drive user acquisition without relying on massive ad budgets to join our team in Da Nang, Vietnam. As a Referral-Powered Smart ATS, we need a proactive individual to drive the strategy focuses entirely on zero-cost media, community building, and maximizing our built-in referral (bounty) system. While the initial focus is on zero-cost media, the candidate will also lay the groundwork for our upcoming paid advertising phase. You will report directly to the Growth & Product Lead and play a crucial role in our mission to scale by acquiring new users at the lowest possible cost and optimizing our referral system.
Responsibilities
As a Junior Growth Marketer, your core mission is to acquire new users at the lowest possible cost and optimize the conversion rate of our referral system.
- Referral Strategy: Monitor user funnel metrics, conduct A/B testing on messaging, and collaborate with the Product team to optimize the peer-to-peer referral rate.
- Partnerships: Proactively identify, negotiate, and establish cross-marketing partnerships with IT Bootcamps, developer communities, and HR Tech platforms.
- Community Growth: Plan and distribute Growth Content across LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, and Discord to attract and nurture organic inbound leads.
- Paid Advertising Readiness: Assist in setting up tracking infrastructure (Google Analytics, Pixel) and run small-budget pilot ad campaigns (Facebook/Google/LinkedIn Ads) to test audiences/ messages and establish baseline CAC in preparation for future scaling.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing or a related B2B marketing role.
- Highly data-driven, with a strong understanding and comfort with metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Conversion Rates.
- Comfortable engaging directly with communities and partners.
- Capable of working independently with a "fail fast, learn fast" attitude.
- Basic hands-on experience or a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze key digital marketing metrics including Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return On Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Willingness to execute "hands-on" community seeding and zero-cost growth strategies.
Preferred Requirement
- Existing network within Da Nang's IT student communities (e.g., DUE, DUT, FPT University) or local HR professionals.
- Deep understanding of Developer/Web3 behaviors and communities.
- Experience working in IT Outsourcing, SaaS, or Tech Agencies.
- Experience in roles such as Community Executive or B2B Marketing Executive.
