Are you a strategic connector with a passion for innovation?UCTalent is searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development professional to join our founding team. In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships, driving user acquisition, and propelling UCTalent's growth as a leading blockchain-powered talent recruitment platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to secure valuable partnerships with companies and organizations.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the recruitment, blockchain, and relevant industries.
- Negotiate and close win-win partnerships that contribute to UCTalent's user base and market reach.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in the talent acquisition and blockchain space, identifying new partnership opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of UCTalent's brand awareness and value proposition through targeted outreach efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- A proven track record of success in building and nurturing strong business relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of the current tech recruitment landscape and emerging technologies (blockchain preferred).
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve ambitious goals.
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building something groundbreaking.
