About the Job
  1. Be involved in Technical Team, and work together with the Web team and also the Mobile team.
  2. Responsible for building up the system, architecture design, database design, and technology solutions for the project.
  3. Review code, and review solutions for the project.
  4. Solving technical issues, and developing workarounds and alternative solutions.
  5. Support, train, and build programmer’s skill in the company.
  6. Continuously research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

  9. Product/ Projects Description: dự án về logistics trọng điểm của KH. Purpose of hiring: New hire.
  10. Report to: Report cho Solution Architect và Product Owner (khách hàng)
  11. Team size and structure: trung bình mỗi team dự án sẽ có 4 dev Junior, 2 dev Senior, 1 Technical Architect, 2 BA, 2 QC, 1 designer, 1 Scrum Master.
Responsibilities
  1. 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design, and development of large-scale software solutions with ReactJS and NodeJS.
  2. Deeply understand Javascript and had experience in Front-end & Back-end frameworks
  3. Strong understanding and experience of:
  •  Knowledge well in design patterns;
  •  Clean code, coding standards, and code reviews & code refactoring;
  • Unit tests, mocking libraries, code coverage;
  •  Can lead technical support and training;
  • Detail-oriented and goal-driven person.
4. Having any of the below experience/knowledge is a plus:
  •  SSO & Microservice architecture
  •  GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch
  •  K8s, Docker
  •  System monitoring, TimeSeries Database (e.g. StatsD, InfluxDB, Graphite…)
  •  CI/CD with Gitlab, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, Bitbucket or similar tools
  •  Cloud services (GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure…)
5. Good at English, ability to read & understand the English document, ability to communicate fluently.
6. Able to use AI in software development in a practical way, including writing reusable AI “skills,” understanding agentic AI concepts, selecting appropriate models for each task, and optimizing token usage and cost.
7. Capable of orchestrating AI work rather than only doing Q&A or ad‑hoc file uploads, with the ability to design and manage end‑to‑end AI work pipelines (from task breakdown to execution, review, and iteration).
8. Big plus: experience with tools like GitHub Copilot, ClaudeKit, and agentic AI frameworks such as OpenClaw (even if prior employers restricted or discouraged these tools)
Minimum Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of experience with ReactJS, NextJS, NestJS, NodeJS, and DevOps practices.
  2. Strong JavaScript expertise with a stronger focus on back-end development; hands-on coding capability is required.
  3. Strong experience in software architecture, system design, and scalable application development.
  4. Practical experience with AI tools and AI-assisted software development; AI-related experience should be clearly demonstrated in the candidate's work history.
  5. Business-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable working closely with clients and participating in frequent discussions/meetings.
  6. Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Preferred Requirement
Nice to have:
  1. Experience working with Korean managers.
  2. Domain: open, prefer logistics

PHƯƠNG THỨC LÀM VIỆC:
  1. 2 tháng thử việc full tại office, sau khi pass prob thì hybrid, lên office từ 3 - 4 ngày/ tuần tùy team
