• UCTalent is hiring 2 Social Media Executors for a confidential, high-growth Ethereum L2 building AI-native infrastructure.
• Working in-office in Da Nang as part of a newly formed pod, you will collaborate closely with the Social Lead and another executor. The workload is evenly split across the team to cover 4–5 accounts spanning official updates, perp/trading explainers, and memes/community engagement. Both seats require high proficiency with AI tools and solid written English.

• Daily Content Delivery: Create, format, and schedule daily posts, threads, graphics, short videos, and replies across X and Telegram.
• Evenly Split Pod Workflow: Share execution duties collaboratively across content tracks—from official announcements to trading explainers and meme content.
• AI Tool Utilization: Use AI tools daily to rapidly generate draft copy, source research, create visual assets, and edit media.
• Community Engagement: Monitor comments, engage with community members, and maintain active presence on Telegram and X while adhering to brand voice.
• Team Syncs: Participate in 1–2 weekly syncs with the Ecosys

• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation (Web3, crypto, fintech, or fast-paced digital brands).
• Proficient English: Clear, natural, and accurate written English for X posts, threads, and Telegram chats.
• AI tools efficiency: Fast and comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, CapCut, AI image generators) to produce daily assets.
• Some on-chain fluency: Familiarity with basic Web3 mechanics (using wallets, understanding L2s, tokens, perps, and transactions).
• Team player: Open to feedback, fast-paced iteration, and collaborative workload sharing.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Da Nang for full-time, in-office work. Able to start quickly.

Role Focus Areas (Team Distribution)

• Seat A (Content & Community): Focuses on drafting threads, captions, Telegram announcements, and real-time community engagement.
• Seat B (Creative & Media): Focuses on visual assets, carousels, memes, and short-form video production.

• Portfolio or links to active crypto X/Telegram accounts or memes you have managed.
• Experience tracking on-chain transactions or trading perp DEXs.
• Vietnamese language proficiency for local community initiatives.

• Full-time seat in an AI-native Web3 social team.
• Direct mentorship from the Social Lead and access to 1–2 weekly Ecosystem Lead syncs.
