About the Job
As a strategic HR leader for a high-growth, High-Tech Impact Ecosystem specializing in Climate-tech, Agritech, and Biotech, you will architect a sustainable talent ecosystem that attracts, nurtures, and retains elite innovators. Your core mission is to lead organizational design, scale human capital, and manage complex restructuring as the company preparesmultiple high-tech spin-offs (Energy, Agriculture, Deep-Tech Engineering). You will tackle the ongoing challenge of continuous talent development, drive leadership acquisition, and embed a high-performance, purpose-driven culture dedicated to sustainable solutions and impactful investment projects.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Evolution: Guide the organization through period of hyper-growth, specifically managing the transition from a single entity to a holding company with multiple specialized subsidiaries.
  • Organizational Architecture: Hands-on execution of corporate restructuring, spin-offs, and building high-tech, biotechnology, and engineering departments from the ground up.
  • AI-Driven HR Strategy: Deeply integrate and leverage AI applications and advanced tools for talent intelligence, predictive workforce planning, and scaling efficiency.
  • Talent Cultivation & Retention: Architect continuous learning, upskilling, and development frameworks to meet the rapid technological evolution of R&D and engineering teams.
  • Executive Sourcing: Drive talent acquisition for niche leadership and C-level roles within a highly confidential search and execution environment.
  • Total Rewards: Build robust, competitive, and legally compliant C&B structures tailored for tech-driven talent retention.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years operating in a strategic HRBP or HR Director capacity.
  • Proven track record of guiding tech-driven organizations through periods of hyper- growth or structural restructuring.
Preferred Requirement
  • Direct experience working in and successfully scaling a Deep-tech, Green-tech, or Impact startup.
  • Master’s Degree or an MBA.
  • Previous exposure to M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), corporate spin-offs, or scaling operations within technical, engineering, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in implementing AI workflows across HR departments.
