UCTalent is seeking a Middle User Acquisition specialist for an IT and digital solutions company located in Hanoi, Vietnam. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for a Digital Marketing professional with at least 1 year of experience in mobile app user acquisition, reporting directly to the CMO. The company specializes in mobile application development, game development, web applications, CRM/ERP development, and digital marketing support. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing mobile ad campaigns to drive user growth and achieve critical performance targets.
Trách nhiệm
The Middle User Acquisition will be responsible for the following core roles and KPIs:Core Roles/Responsibilities:
  • Execute ad campaigns across various apps, networks, and geographies.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators including CPI, CTR, CVR, Spend, ROAS, Cost/Trial, Cost/Paid, and creative win rates.
  • Analyze cohorts and track Lifetime Value (LTV) to inform and adjust business strategy.
  • Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign settings to maximize performance.
  • Proactively test new audiences and expand across different ad networks.
  • Apply basic knowledge of mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Firebase.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Optimize Spend Efficiency across all campaigns.
  • Maintain CPI (Cost Per Install) within target thresholds.
  • Optimize Cost Per Trial and Cost Per Paid User.
  • Achieve D7/D30 ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) targets.
  • Improve Trial-to-Paid Conversion Rate.
  • Increase Subscription Renewal Rate.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu
  • 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in Mobile App User Acquisition.
  • Proven experience with Subscription, In-App Purchase (IAP), or Freemium mobile products.
  • Demonstrated experience running performance campaigns on major platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Track record of managing global performance campaigns effectively.
  • Familiarity with mobile measurement partners such as AppsFlyer/Adjust and Firebase is preferred.
  • Strong learning ability and a data-driven mindset.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
  • Solid understanding of Subscription/IAP business models.
  • Proficient in monitoring and optimizing key User Acquisition KPIs, including CPI, CTR, CVR, Spend, ROAS, Cost/Trial, Cost/Paid, and Creative Win Rate.
  • Ability to analyze cohorts, retention, LTV, and ROAS data.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile attribution principles and MMP metrics.
  • Able to independently identify creative winners and optimization opportunities.
  • Basic understanding of P&L (Profit and Loss) and UA budget optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools such as AppsFlyer, SensorTower, AppTweak, Firebase, Amplitude/Mixpanel, Superwall/RevenueCat.

  • Commission: 1.2% - 2.2% per month, based on AdMob reports for ad revenue and Google Play Console reports for In-App Purchase (IAP) revenue (minus 15% platform fee).
