About the Job
UCTalent Labs is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team and support the execution of marketing initiatives across our growing portfolio of products. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about Growth Marketing, AI, Web3, and emerging technologies, and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain marketing activities across social media platforms.
- Create and prepare marketing content, including social media posts, short-form videos, and other digital assets.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution and performance tracking.
- Research market trends, audiences, and growth opportunities to support marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and other teams to support product growth and go-to-market initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, research, ideation, and overall marketing productivity.
- Monitor basic marketing metrics and contribute insights for continuous optimization.
Minimum Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; fresh graduates and students are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in Growth Marketing and digital product growth.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with basic design and video-editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Ability to effectively leverage AI tools for research, content creation, ideation, and productivity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Proactive, curious, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Interest in Web3, AI, blockchain, or emerging technologies is a plus.
