UCTalent is hiring a Junior Product Owner for an established IT and digital solutions company based in Hanoi, Vietnam. Working on-site and reporting directly to the CMO, you will drive monetization strategies for mobile applications, focusing on in-app purchases (IAP) and subscription models. You will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to build paywalls, optimize conversion funnels, and maximize user lifetime value (LTV).
Trách nhiệm
- Build and execute the mobile product and IAP monetization roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Optimize paywalls, pricing structures, packaging, promotions, upsell opportunities, and checkout flows.
- Drive free-to-paid conversion rates, trial-to-paid conversions, repeat purchases, and long-term user LTV.
- Segment user cohorts and develop targeted, personalized offers and purchase journeys.
- Design, deploy, and evaluate A/B tests for pricing, messaging, UI placement, and onboarding-to-purchase funnels.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, facilitating cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CPI, Cost Per Trial, Cost Per Paid User, D7/D30 ROAS, and subscription renewals.
- Track payment processing performance, handle refund analysis, and maintain compliance with App Store and Google Play developer policies.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu
- Approximately 1 year of experience in a Product Owner, Associate PM, or Product Analyst role working on mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Direct exposure to mobile monetization strategies, including IAP, subscriptions, or freemium models.
- Solid understanding of core product and monetization metrics (LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, conversion, retention, churn).
- Experience analyzing user funnels, cohort retention, and purchase behaviors.
- Hands-on familiarity with App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
- Strong backlog management, prioritization, and cross-functional communication skills.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience working with subscription management platforms (e.g., RevenueCat) and mobile analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase).
- Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
- Foundational SQL knowledge or experience with BI reporting tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, BigQuery).
- Practical experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows to improve productivity.
- Proven track record of running data-backed A/B tests that improved conversion or renewal rates.
