About the Job
- We are looking for a crypto-native Trader / PM with deep understanding of digital asset markets, narratives, liquidity flows, and market structure.
- This role suits someone who lives and breathes crypto markets and can consistently identify high-conviction opportunities across spot, perp, and derivatives markets.
Responsibilities
- Generate and execute crypto trading strategies across liquid and emerging markets
- Monitor market structure, liquidity, narratives, and positioning flows
- Trade around catalysts, macro events, and ecosystem developments
- Manage risk dynamically across volatile market conditions
- Identify opportunities across directional, relative value, and event-driven setups
- Collaborate with research and trading teams on positioning and portfolio construction
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong understanding of crypto market dynamics and trading behaviour
- Proven ability to manage risk and generate alpha
- Experience across centralized and decentralized trading venues
- Deep knowledge of crypto ecosystems, narratives, and liquidity flows
- High adaptability in fast-moving environments
Preferred Requirement
- TradFi experience in macro, equities, or derivatives
- Quantitative or systematic trading exposure
- Existing crypto network and strong market intuition
