Our mission is focusing on advancing technologies related to investment and blockchain systems.Location: ADG Tower, 37 Le Van Thiem, Nhan Chinh, Thanh Xuan, HanoiWe are now looking for Business Analyst as the description below:
Responsibilities
• You will work as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and propose product development.• Envision initial requirements and support creating initial project scope.• Participate in product prototyping, mock-up, and GUI design.• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.• Validate and verify implemented user stories based on acceptance criteria.• Support the creation, maintenance of project documentation and estimation of new projects.• Keep up to date with new trends and best practices in business analysis and share knowledge with colleagues.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with focus on computer science, information technology, systems development or a related field.• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.• Have knowledge about Blockchain, Web3, Cryptocurrency ( at least 1 year of Crypto Trading Experience).• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.• Acquire good interaction and presentation skills with Stakeholders, Developers, Testers, Team Leaders and Project Manager.
Preferred Requirement
• Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges or blockchain startups.• Can read and design in UML language, familiar with at least one among Use-cases diagram, Activity Diagram, State Diagram, and Sequence Diagram• Familiar with the Jira tool.
