About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join in developing and maintaining the infrastructure of our platform. You will be part of a diverse and passionate technical team, working directly with other engineers, product designers, and departments to build and enhance our product.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services for our platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design, implement, and maintain appropriate database systems to meet application requirements.
- Participate in designing and developing APIs to interact with mobile and web applications.
- Optimize workflows to improve performance and scalability.
- Integrate new technologies and enhancements to upgrade the product.
- Support deployment and monitoring of applications to ensure stability and performance.
- Participate in evaluating and proposing new technical solutions to solve complex technical issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience working with programming languages such as Golang, Rust, C++.
- At least 5 years of experience with the software engineering role.
- Deep understanding of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL.
- Experience working with web development frameworks such as Django, Spring, or Express.
- Solid knowledge of principles and techniques of distributed system design.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration like Kubernetes is a plus.
- Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and skills with colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
