• ⚠️ Pro-Tip on Delivery: This email can sometimes end up in the candidate's Spam folder. Be sure to follow up with your candidate immediately, guiding them to check their spam/junk folder and click confirm so your referral locks in.

Step 3: Track Your Earnings

Monitor your pipeline in real-time. Head over to referral dashboard to check the status of all your submissions—from "Waiting Confirm" to "Hired".
