- Kiểm soát hoạt động bán hàng Kênh GT, MT,KA, Kênh IM, B2B, E-com
- Kiểm soát ngân sách TTTM kênh GT, MT,KA, Kênh IM, B2B, E-com
- Kiểm soát ngân sách Sales kênh GT, MT,KA, Kênh IM, B2B, E-com
- Kiểm soát ngân sách Trade Marketing kênh GT, MT,KA, Kênh IM, B2B, E-com
- Định giá bán cho sản phẩm kênh GT, MT,KA, Kênh IM, B2B, E-com
- Lập và phân tích Báo cáo PL Kênh- Ngành hàng của các kênh phụ trách
- Phân tích và kiểm soát giá thành sản xuất, tính giá sản phẩm mới
- Kiểm soát ngân sách của các bộ phận
- Tổ chức bộ máy hoạt động của phòng kế toán quản trị
- Chi tiết trao đổi khi phỏng vấn
Minimum Qualifications
- Kinh nghiệm: 4 năm trở lên Trưởng phòng KTQT cho Công ty sản xuất, bán sỉ bán lẻ; Mạnh về mảng phân tích các số liệu, báo cáo, doanh thu bên kinh doanh
- Kỹ năng: Quyết đoán, Tư duy độc lập, nhạy bén
- Có tầm nhìn, bản lĩnh, uy tín trong công việc, có khả năng quản lý, lãnh đạo
- Kiến thức: Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh tế, đầu tư, tài chính …
- Giới tính : Nam, Nữ; Tuổi 8x, 9x, ngoại hình ưa nhìn, hoạt bát, cởi mở
- Có Tiếng Anh là lợi thế, Giỏi Excel, sử dụng được phần mềm SAP/ ERP, BI Power; Chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc
