1. Project Management:

• Assist and support line manager to develop content strategy, content plan, content calendar and detail content for appointed digital campaigns. Content to be developed includes content for brand owned channels (website, landing page, social platform etc.) and paid channels (online PR, influencers, hot communities etc.)
• Make recommendations on improving future campaigns, efficiencies, and impact across channels
• Recommend ad copy & creative to grow other channels
• Write/ Create content on social media platforms by working closely with art director/ designer
• Proactive on social media with the ability to design effective Seeding Plans and Crisis Management Plans to ensure project performance and KPIs are met.

2. Report:

• Proactively communicate project status to Line manager weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually in a timely manner or raise alerts if any issue/concern/new client’s request arises
• Report performance of content during campaigns and initiatives to extend current strategies, identifying growth opportunities & optimizations

Experience & Knowledge:

• Graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ PR/ Communication/ Linguistics is preferred or have credits in a communication course.
• 1.5 years of hands-on experience in digital/social media marketing and content marketing with familiarity with social platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, communities.
