About the Job
  1. Responsible for helping project members perform their roles according to the Agile principles
  2. Helping the Development Team to create high-value products
  3. Facilitate scrum ceremonies (stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review/showcase, sprint retrospective) for 1-2 squads
  4. Discuss open issues, status and roll forward action items (focus on process-oriented issues)
  5. Map out execution plans and communicate roles, responsibilities, objectives, commitments, deliverables and schedules for tribes and squads
  6. Support Product Owners on features backlog, prioritization and release planning that will realise the greatest business value
  7. Guide teams for continuous improvement momentum and clear obstacles to help them meet delivery timelines

Responsibilities
  1. From 3 years of experience playing Scrum Master for a software development team
  2. Accountable for the quality of agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases and retrospectives
  3. Ability to provide constructive and timely feedback to delivery team members and stakeholders
  4. Conflict resolution within/between delivery team and stakeholders
  5. Ability to negotiate priorities and timelines with stakeholders
  6. Good English communication is a must
  7. Ensuring the delivery team commits to their definition of done
  8. Careful, passionate and have high sense of responsibility

  5. Ko gửi UV jump job, phải commit làm 1 cty trung bình từ 2 năm trở lên và trong suốt quá trình làm việc, ko chỉ tính trên 1-2 công ty gần nhất.
  6. Ko gửi UV có trên 01 năm làm work remote, làm freelancer vì ko hợp culture.
  7. Ko gửi UV từ start-up chuyển qua vì ko hợp culture.
  8. Trước 1st interview, RC cần check và xác nhận trong process UV đã hoàn tất điền app form.
  9. Các case nào trong khoảng 1 năm mà đã pv với cty mà fail rồi thì k cần hẹn lại.

  1. 2 tháng thử việc full tại office, sau khi pass prob thì hybrid, lên office từ 3 - 4 ngày/ tuần tùy team
