• Supervise and lead a team of Test Automation Engineers in planning, executing, and managing comprehensive testing automation strategies and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test automation requirements, test cases structure, and development timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the test automation team delivers high-quality test automation framework and related procedures.
• Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and resolve testing-related issues.
• Develop automation framework suitable to conduct and oversee various types of testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Implement and maintain test automation framework following best practice and to enhance testing efficiency and reuse.
• Analyze test results and work towards continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Stay informed about industry trends, testing tools, and best practices, encourage the team to be innovative and to foster new patent proposals.
• Help the director to define the budget and resources plan including selection of SW and HW tools needed for the work.
• Prepare weekly reports for the direct director highlighting the major achievements, issues and risks related to the development.
• Provide training for new resources added to the team and planning and monitoring activities to improve the team know-how.
• Manage internal conflict and find appropriate solutions.

General requirements

• Education (School/Specialization): Telecommunication Engineering, Computers Science and Electronic, or related major
• Primary Language: Vietnamese
• Other Language: Fluent English
• Years of Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Test Automation

Technical Skills

• An accomplished Senior Test Automation Engineer with 7 to 10 years of extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing automated testing frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams to achieve successful automation testing outcomes. Proficient in multiple programming languages, including Python, Java, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of software development life cycle.
• Proven expertise in leveraging advanced automation tools such as, Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, and others to conduct robust testing for complex systems.
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
• A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of software quality.
