About the Job
UCTalent Labs is seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for digital trends and a strong ability to execute engaging campaigns independently.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, content marketing, and more.
- Create visually appealing and effective marketing materials using design tools such as Canva.
- Manage and update content, reports, and data using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other collaborative tools.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, utilizing data to identify trends and optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support other marketing initiatives as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1 year of proven experience in a Digital Marketing role.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in using Canva for graphic design.
- Strong command of Google Workspace tools, including Google Docs and Google Sheets,.....
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Requirement
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, social media marketing).
- Experience with content creation for various social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A portfolio showcasing previous digital marketing campaign successes or creative work.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
