About the Job
UCTalent Labs is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Intern specializing in Growth Marketing. This full-time internship offers an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level professional (0 years experience) to gain hands-on experience in dynamic marketing and sales strategies. You will contribute directly to our growth initiatives by conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and analyzing data to optimize performance, all while coordinating closely with our sales department. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct direct market research (on-site visits to points of sale, fairs, supermarkets, hotels, etc.) to observe behavior and gather insights about customers and competitors.
- Develop and implement online & offline marketing activities; select and manage appropriate communication channels (social media, email, events, fairs, etc.).
- Create content (articles, images, short videos, etc.) or collaborate with teams/partners to produce high-quality media products.
- Monitor and analyze data, optimize campaign effectiveness, and propose improvements.
- Coordinate with the sales department to generate leads and support customer care.
- Periodically report results and propose creative management solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated passion for marketing, sales, and growth strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong problem-solver.
- Ability to write clear, easy-to-understand content that is suitable for different audiences.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Google Docs, and PowerPoint.
- Possess basic analytical skills and an understanding of the customer information flow (behavior, persona, touchpoints).
- Systems thinking mindset, good teamwork skills, willingness to learn, and proactive work attitude.
Preferred Requirement
Experience in event implementation, running communication channels (Facebook, Zalo, Email, etc.), or using tools like Google Analytics and CRM is an advantage.
