UCTalent Labs is recruiting Fullstack Developer Interns. Responsibilities
- Contribute to the company’s product or outsourcing projects, completing Frontend or Backend tasks according to requirements and deadlines.
- Participate in meetings and SCRUM events (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, etc.), maintaining transparency and clarity in work reports.
- Provide feedback and propose improvements to the company’s products, thinking like an owner throughout the product development process.
- Be open to feedback, proactively learn, research, and practice to continuously improve yourself.
Minimum Qualifications
- Frontend: Have studied and practiced HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React; knowledge of TypeScript and Next.js is a plus.
- Backend: Understand APIs and databases (SQL or NoSQL); experience with Express or NestJS is a plus.
- The company highly values candidates who have personal projects that use part of the above technology stack.
Preferred Requirement
- Have experience working with Git, with an understanding of and ability to apply basic Gitflow.
- Have experience using task management tools (such as Jira, Trello, etc.), with a careful and structured approach to task breakdown and task management.
- Have experience deploying products.
- Have a real-life story about your self-learning journey with a particular technology stack.
