About the Job
We are hiring a Frontend Developer with 2 to 3+ years of experience who can take ownership of frontend development, understands backend ecosystems, and leverages AI effectively while maintaining strong core engineering fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable and high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js
- Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code
- Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and responsiveness
- Collaborate with backend and design teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Own features from development through deployment

- Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js including SSR, SSG, and App Router basics
- Solid understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript ES6+

- Good knowledge of state management and component architecture
- Familiarity with modern tools such as Git, Tailwind or similar frameworks, and testing libraries
- Understanding of performance optimization including Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, and code splitting

- Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot effectively
- Strong coding and debugging skills without dependency on AI
- Clear understanding of logic, structure, and best practices behind generated code
- Uses AI to enhance speed and quality while maintaining independent thinking
