About the Job
  • We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive who understands IT services sales, client acquisition, Upwork bidding, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • The ideal candidate should know how to identify opportunities, communicate with potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into business.
Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other platforms
  • Handle Upwork bidding and proposal writing professionally
  • Identify client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage communication with prospects and clients globally
  • Work closely with design, tech, and management teams for project discussions
  • Maintain sales pipelines, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Participate in strategy discussions and growth planning
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development for IT services
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn outreach and networking
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of web development, mobile apps, AI, SaaS, or gaming industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Confident in client handling and proposal presentations
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
