- Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Backend/DevOps Engineer giỏi để xây dựng và vận hành hạ tầng cho nền tảng AI chatbot chuyên biệt. Bạn sẽ thiết kế hệ thống backend có khả năng mở rộng, quản lý hạ tầng cloud và GPU, đảm bảo triển khai tin cậy các dịch vụ AI dựa trên tài sản trí tuệ nội bộ.
- Vai trò kết hợp backend API development với DevOps — lý tưởng cho engineers thích xây dựng hệ thống vững chắc và làm chủ toàn bộ deployment pipeline từ code đến production, bao gồm self-hosted LLM inference services.
Responsibilities
Backend API Development (40%)
- Thiết kế và xây dựng RESTful/GraphQL APIs cho chatbot services (conversations, knowledge bases, user management)
- Phát triển high-performance services xử lý real-time message processing ở quy mô lớn
- Xây dựng APIs cho AI inference services bao gồm streaming responses và real-time chat
- Phát triển services cho LLM model serving và inference pipeline management
- Xây dựng services cho document processing, indexing và retrieval pipelines
- Tạo APIs cho analytics, monitoring và platform administration
- Thiết kế và duy trì cloud infrastructure trên AWS/GCP/Azure (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
- Deploy và quản lý self-hosted LLM inference services (vLLM, TGI, TensorRT-LLM)
- Quản lý GPU infrastructure cho AI model training và inference
- Xây dựng CI/CD pipelines cho automated testing và deployment (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Triển khai infrastructure as code cho reproducible environments
- Cài đặt auto-scaling cho AI inference services và chatbot workloads
- Cấu hình monitoring, logging và alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog
- Đảm bảo high availability (99.9%+) cho các chatbot services quan trọng
- Triển khai disaster recovery và backup strategies cho knowledge bases
- Cấu hình network policies, VPNs và security groups bảo vệ dữ liệu
- Cài đặt rate limiting, DDoS protection và API gateway configurations
- Quản lý secrets, certificates và compliance requirements (SOC2, ISO 27001)
Minimum Qualifications

- Quy trình phỏng vấn 2 vòng. Vòng 1 là về chuyên môn pv với tech director, vòng 2 gặp nhanh với product owner để xem độ phù hợp văn hóa con người.
- Range lương từ 30-60M tùy trình độ. JD như vậy nhưng mà có thể mở rộng ra cả các bạn fresher có background tốt, nền tảng kiến thức tốt, ko nhất thiết phải có nhiều kinh nghiệm, những yêu cầu trong JD có thể ở mức biết là được chưa cần phải hiểu.
- Về BH thì cty sẽ đóng bảo hiểm trên mức lương chính, khoảng 1/2 lương chính thức, phần còn lại là các khoản phụ cấp ko chịu BHXH. Tất nhiên đây là cơ sở, UV có thể deal về chế độ BH, bên cty open để thương lượng về khoản này.
